SERVER INSTALLATION WITH INSTALL PAGE

1. Upload the whole "server" folder to your webspace
2. Open install.php in the browser
3. Enter:
   - MySQL host
   - database name
   - database user
   - database password
   - API token
   - base URL to this server folder
4. The installer creates config.php and the boards table automatically
5. Copy the shown Register URL, List URL and API token into:
   board/Smart Traffic Registry Web.lsl
6. Delete or block install.php after setup

IMPORTANT
- config.php is protected by .htaccess on Apache
- If your host is not Apache, manually protect config.php
- install.php should not stay publicly usable forever
